As a Fashion customer’s, what will be in your mind Price or Quality?

This will always be as wonder, why most fashion customers buy so much materials with low cost even if they have money. Is buying things fast at low cost is a win-win situation?

When we are young and still figuring out our style, I understand the purpose of buying cheap clothes. But I saw this express fashion even with the older customer.

I think, here few were grown with the mentality of “How to save the money while buying, in real.” While others, for example, buying a coat, that is made of 100% wool and keeps you warm completely is quite worth, even if it cost a bit more. But here, the tendency is buying coats with blends that are relatively affordable, with nice style, but it won't keep you as warm as 100% wool coat and they last 1 or 2 years.
So I think fashion customersneed some knowledge. And as a whole are they completely satisfied with what they have purchased?

I think most people know all this, But they are just too busy and can't afford to take notice of it. And also most people don't care about quality, fabrication, etc.

I found these pretty good lines on a forum, for educating fashion customers, to be surrounded by a particular mentality much harder to follow than said,

“Convincing them that wearing a piece of
clothing longer than a season or two is not a sin.”

“Explaining that clothes are more than just
what it looks like but also what it makes you feel”

“Beg them to treat their own things with a bit more respect!”

On the other hand, if you buy any stuff for $200, you wish it to be worth for that cost, but some time it would be rip off. . I think that's one of the things that put’s most out of buying expensive things. And it also all about the way we are brought up, it might take time to change. For some, they feel uncomfortable even to wear dresses priced more than $200 or more, as they are used with cheap dresses. The world of highly priced items is a whole different world to them.

I think it comes this way, that if you want to have a big wardrobe but you don't have a lot off money to spend...then you will probably be ending up buying cheap clothes. But if you don't care about having a huge wardrobe, but more about having pieces that you will cherish and look after, then you'll end up putting money aside to buy a good quality items. It will be really hard to make mind of this choice. So, you should really be constantly remind yourself what your goal is and stick with it.

And finally, just because we have several choices, it doesn't mean we have to take them all. We live in the age where we can buy anything at any price. And that makes all confusing! Everyone needs to know why that $80 coat is $80. We, as customers should investigate these things. Whatever we do, try to look back and see if we could have done better. And keep in mind about your last purchase… while shopping.

Have you ever tried? - collecting fashion as an art.

Yes, because I had come across few women who buy certain cloths, accessories…just because they are beautiful and even clearly knew they will never wore it. Those people are unique and take fashion into their everyday life.

Have you ever bought any fashionable outfits or accessories, which you would strongly believe you will not wear them? Scarfs, winter sweaters, high heels… would be the most things which we would collect in this manner. I have the habit of wearing some dresses only within my room and looking it in mirror, but not bold enough to wear it outside.  And I know. I am not the only person. Fashion is all about trying some thing unique but that fits their natural habits.

Pamela Love’s jewelry collections, very expensive but unique and stylish are collected by most of the people around the world. When it comes to dress, designer pieces are the top; these dresses are really a nice art of designers, each has a unique design. And people who buy it might wear them rarely. But they love to collect.

I think there's nothing more beautiful than having a small gallery hidden in your home displaying the most beautiful fashion accessories, dresses that you love more but dare to wear them.

Pamela Love's jewelries – It definitely disturbs you.

Pamela Love, a designer who made a strong impact on fashion lover’s with her own unique jewelry designs. At first began her career as an artist’s assistant, an art director and stylist for photo shoots, music videos, and films etc... And while working, she could not find jewelries of her taste. And then she began to make jewelries of her own taste and creativity.

Her jewelry pieces mostly symbolize love, death, animals, nature, music etc…At an interview, she opens about it.

“I have always loved animals and nature very much and feel that they have a magical power.   I am interested in creating jewelry that i feel a spiritual connection to. Animals, nature, love, religion, music, life, death and all these things are a part of this.”

She produced custom jewelry for HBO's hit TV show, True Blood, Which hits the best of most. Her collections like crow skull necklaces, rings, Eagle claw hand accessories are the most popular ones. She considers, making a jewelry piece is an artwork and she makes it as a painting. And in future, she plan for new jewelry collections and collaborations.

At last thing, Fashion things should be reachable and in universal budget. Pamela Love's jewelries are attracted by the most but all of them can’t own it, because of its high cost and availability of them on selected stores. Anyhave, try to wear it at least once.

Maxi skirts fashion – Will Maxi skirts strikes in 2012?

Fashion produces attractive things which always become ugly with time. And after a while the same thing will be attracted”. Maxi skirts are of that kind. They are very popular in end of 80’s and faded lately. But now it’s coming live again.

Maxi skirts are trendy even today, because of the head-to-toe elegance they can provide. These are the perfect choice for Fall/Autumn. And recently many celebrities were spotted in maxi skirts.

They are really comfortable to wear around. When anyone decides to wear these skirts, the question is whether to use boot or sandal. It depends on how the skirt looks like. If it's got a lot of volume, you can wear it with boots since its almost autumn, or with something kind of chunky. And if you have wide hip, So that wear a long skirt with a lot of volume, then you need to wear more substantial shoes. Otherwise, your lower half just looks ridiculous. But if somebody doesn't have those problems, other options may work better for them.

And height might not be the fact for not to wearing maxi skirts, I have hearted it from few,

“I’m really starting to like maxi skirts, but I’m afraid they will make me look too shorter.”  It is not hard to pull off. Just adjust it with high boot. And you will feel better with these skirts. And please don’t cut at its bottom since it takes off the skirts complete elegance.

And let’s see whether maxi skirts make a good comeback in 2012. Thank you.

What to wear when you're at 30’s – a fashion statement.

Have you ever thought about it, what looks stylish and what doesn’t when you cross the 30’s.

I don’t signify there’s something like "rules" but I think there are things that -even if you have a nice body to pull them off, it begin to look kinda when you grow up.

I came across the comments like “long hair looks bad over 30”, but I really don’t think so... It is odd how opinion changes. When you’re 20 you are sure what a 30 something shouldn’t wear, but when you are there you begin to wonder, as you don’t see yourself really different, but everybody’s insight about you really does.

I personally believe in,
“Someone who accepts their age is more appealing than someone who tries to dress younger.”

In a magazine I noted some thing related to this,

Early 30's need not to bother about it so much. But......after the age of 34 (this seems to be THE year where it all starts) you need to actually take a look at yourself. Liz Hurley could pull off what she wore in her early 30's but now she’s 39........she just cant in the way she used to, it looks sort of wannabe young again even though its only a few years difference.

And I finally go with the words of my friend, in fact you may too agree with it,

“You look younger it’s a rather pitiful compliment.
You look great! That’s a great one...”
(In the sense of dressing)

Thank you.

Tom Ford's spring/summer 2012 collection

Tom Ford's fashion shows are 'invite only' events, which means it's perfectly feasible that the only names on the guest list are a few stuffed toys whose lack of live-blogging capabilities means the designer has another two months to actually get his collection finished. Obviously that would never happen though, never.

So, two months after fashion week, Tom Ford has debuted his spring summer 2012 collection on Vogue.com. In the best possible way, it's exactly what we expected, which makes all the cloak and dagger business a bit pointless. We've got ultra-lux form-fitting dressed with clinched waists, bondage-esque corsets, satin suits in his trademark purple, which frankly we're surprised Cadburys hasn't tried to trademark.

Talking about the collection, Ford said:

"I want to do classic clothes. I don’t want to do trendy collections that swing around from season to season. I want to do things that will stay in a woman’s wardrobe a long time—quite ‘forever’ pieces. So I’m looking for consistency."

Quite. We think Ford is at his best when he's putting Nicholas Hoult in an angora sweater for A Single Man. Let's hope there's some truth in the rumour that he could be doing an H&M collaboration then.

Probably a must stuff for high heel users.

Squeezing your feet into damaging fashion footwear can prove to be extremely detrimental in the long run.
A quarter of all the bones in the human body are found in our feet and on average we walk around 1,00,000 miles in our entire lifetime, which is equivalent of four times around the Equator, a media report said.

However Dr Tariq Khan, a consultant podiatrist at a leading hospital in London, has offered some simple techniques and solutions that will allow you to wear your favorite heels without causing long-lasting damage.
If you have a wobble-board, practise for an hour or so in the week before you wear them to strengthen your ankles and reduce the risk of sprains.

Alternatively if you own a pair of MBT-style exercise shoes wear them to and from work.
Don’t overdo it though as Dr Khan says wearing these too often can throw out your posture.

He has suggested that on the night before a party give your feet a spa-style pampering by soaking in warm, salty water and then removing dry skin and massaging with moisturiser.

“Make sure nails are short so they don’t press into the toes in narrow shoes,” said Dr Khan.
Slip into fold-up pumps for the journey home after your party but do make sure they have a sturdy sole.
Once you are back home after the party, soak your feet in salty water for 10 minutes to reduce any swelling or inflammation.

Something for fashion lover's this winter.

I think it would be their fashion trend for this winter. I don’t know what to call these but I've seen them at many fashion shows so far...Nearly a thick scarf or muff around the neck that more or less looks like it's holding their head up...

This new interpretation of the circle scarves would appear everywhere this winter. And it looks dead luxurious and endulgent! The closest thing to this would be American apparel circle scarf...The fur versions are definitely more eye catching though.

What I adore about a muff is that you can wear them as a neck accessory. There is a fine line between a muff and a short scarf. It all depends on how it is used.

Successful fashion models with imperfect teeth and teeth fashion trends.

Fashion and beauty are not constant one. They vary on each individual’s vision; a fashion liked by one might not be liked by others. So, here I put my thought,

I actually find models (and people in general) with imperfect teeth, but they really look sexy. It gives them personality and character. I can think of a few models like Lara Stone, Lauren, Hutton, Romina lanaro, Adriana Lima, Louise P and many more. And I think they did not make any measures to make it perfect. They deserves for what they worked. It gives unique identity for them.

And in Japan it is called yaeba. Women are paying dentist to craft their teeth crooked. They take it as a fashion trend. There are few famous fashion models with crooked teeth in Japan.

I personally believe crooked teeth might look very sexy if they are in harmony with the face. And it seems, teeth might not be a worrying thing for a anyone to think about modeling career.
