Last week, everyone was surprised as Lady Gaga bares all for Harper Bazaar's October 2011 Issue. But earlier this week, she was spotted in Manhattan's Central Park for a photo shoot for Vanity Fair. This time, Lady Gaga was back in her old self again, with her eccentric dresses and sky-high shoes.
