Selena Gomez who won Favorite Female Singer and Favorite TV Actress wore an embellished Dolce and Gabbana crop top and matching skirt with pink Cesare Paciotti heels.




Michelle Obama in an embellished Wes Gordon tunic and silver metallic jeans.
Kristen Stewart accepted the award for Favorite Movie Actress in a bold blue long-sleeved lace minidress by Stella McCartney with matching suede Barbara Bui pumps.


Emma Stone flaunted a cream Antonio Berardi dress and taupe Alejandro Ingelmo ankle-strap wedges.
Heidi Klum went minimal in a curve-hugging cream minidress and thigh-high gray suede boots, both by Roland Mouret.


Katy Perry accepted the award for Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie in a green slime-printed skirt and neon top from Gerlan Jeans with Prada peep-toe pumps.
Nicki Minaj sported a dress covered with ticket stubs, leg warmers, and teddy bear-embellished boots.


Isabelle Fuhrman of Hunger Games opted to wear blue floral shorts and matching blouse of Jason Wu with Casadei heels. Amandla Stenberg and Willow Shields of Hunger Games wore: a Tony Ward dress and metallic Kate Spade brogues (Stenberg), a printed Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt and matching pink top (Shields).

Stella McCartney is the designer of Team GB's 2012 Summer Olympics costumes, in cooperation with Adidas. The Team GB Olympic kit roused controversy. According to Union Jacks, the collection "don't feature enough of the flag's conventional red, white and blue colours. The designer instead opted for a solely blue variation." What do you think?
