I have been seeing the ruffled shoulder tops everywhere in town and so i decided to write about them since it seems it is becoming a rend in Nairobi. I have seen several colors, designs and even different ruffled designs on the tops.

They look stylish and further more just add a playful, seemingly effortless sense of style to the wearer. It cab be a Ruffled One Shoulder Top, a Ruffled shoulders dress, either short or long. Ruffles make an outfit look great as they have geater details.
